21-year-old Devin Hodgdon was booked Friday evening after refusing to stay away from Jason Alden’s bar on Broadway. Security told officers that Hodgdon was escorted out of the bar several times but still tried to enter the bar from other doors. He even jumped the fence to go by the door that leads to the kitchen and was escorted back out. When the police advised Mr. Hodgdon that he needed to leave and not come back, he refused. He left the property briefly and returned to talk to security at the door. The officers gave him several warnings to leave and offered to call an Uber for him, but he continued to return to the bar. He was eventually arrested for public intoxication and transported to booking.
Devin Hodgedon was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on November 3rd, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $100.
